Sinbad Foods, LLC, based in Madera, CA is the largest producer of baklava in North America and also produces fillo dough, other fillo based pastries, frozen fillo appetizers and entrees (spanakopita, tyropita) and retail packaged pomegranate based frozen fruit mixes sold under the Sinbad brand as well as under private label to the retail, club and foodservice channels.

Founded as Sinbad Sweets in the Clovis, CA, the company was twice named to the INC 500 List of fastest growing private businesses in the US and received numerous awards including from the US Senate for work with immigrant populations and as the EEOC’s San Joaquin Valley Employer of the Year. The company was later sold to a family member of the founder and acquired by Kronos Foods in 2006. In 2008, the company moved into its current location in Madera, CA, a 158,000 square foot SQF Level 2 certified facility.

Mr. Glastris serves as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Ellis serves as a director and Vice President of Finance of the company.

Wrap Pack Products Corporation, (now Keyes Packaging Group) is the leading producer of treated tissue wrap packaging for fresh fruit and a leading manufacturer of pulp form molded trays.

Prospect Partners acquired Wrap Pack Products (Yakima, WA) in January 2001 in partnership with then owner Steve Altmayer and long-time executive/partner Donald C. McCann. Wrap Pack was the dominant supplier of high quality treated and untreated tissue wrap packaging for fresh pears sold to growers, packers and distributors throughout the US. Wrap Pack subsequently acquired the Fruit Packaging Business Unit of Huhtamaki Foodservice, Inc. (Wenatchee, Washington), returning the business to its original name Keyes Fibre Corporation.
Wrap Pack was successfully sold in a recapitalization in 2004 to management and a financial buyer.

Mr. Glastris served as Chairman of the Board of the company from 2001 to 2004.

United Skys is a leading designer, engineer, manufacturer, and installer of large scale overhead glass systems such as atriums, solariums, and architectural skylights for commercial, educational, transportation and healthcare buildings. Customers are primarily large general contractors. Recent projects include Mall of America, Carolina Panthers Stadium, Fulton Market and Universal Studios Harry Potter exhibit.

The company was formed in May 2016 by long-time executive/partner Donald P. Hempson to acquire United Skys, Inc. from Chip McCartney, who founded the company in 1986. United Skys had been growing rapidly and required additional management and capital resources.

Mr. Glastris serves as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Ellis serves as a director of the company.

Founded in 1987 by long time partners and Co-CEOs Steve Marks and Harvey Nelson, Main Street Gourmet is a custom commercial bakery that specializes in creating, formulating and producing custom batters, doughs and finished baked goods for national restaurant chains, bakery/cafes, fast casual restaurants and grocery retailers. The company’s product lines include muffins, muffin batters, cake batters, cookies, bars and granola.
The company was acquired in a leveraged recapitalization in April 2011 by Clover Capital Partners, LLC, management and a group of investors including Mr. Glastris, who has served a director of the company since 2011.

The company continues to grow significantly through new customer and new product development and is adding significant additional capacity via a plant expansion schedule for completion in early 2017.

The company also produces a line of branded figure skating tights, socks and practice wear under the Rainbo and Sporture brands.
The company was acquired from an investment group by master technician and long-time manager John Rohskothen and Mr. Glastris in March 2014.

The Wild Hare & Singing Armadillo Frog Sanctuary has been “Reggae Capital USA” for over 30 years. Originally located a block south of Wrigley Field, The Wild Hare has since August 2012 been located at 2610 N. Halsted Street (at Wrightwood) in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The Wild Hare has been privileged to host the broadest and most complete group of artists the reggae world has ever known and has a unique historical place as a showcase for reggae music worldwide.

The Wild Hare features local, regional and international artists performing reggae music in all its forms six nights a week. The venue also features great Caribbean cuisine and hosts private parties.

Mr. Glastris and several long-time management team members of The Wild Hare acquired the assets and relocated The Wild Hare in May 2012.
